Leave for Work Terms and Practica. 16.2,5 1 A leave of absence without pay shall be granted for employees who are enrolled in a credit academic program that requires the employee to participate in work terms, practica or other full-time work programs that prevent the employee from carrying out her/his duties for the Employer. 16.2,5 2 Four (4) calendar weeks written notice shall be given to the Employer to ensure scheduling levels are maintained. The Employer shall give written notice to employees to serve as a reminder for the general leave request deadlines.
