Leave of Absence – Continuation of Benefits. When leave of absence in excess of thirty (30) consecutive calendar days has been approved, it is the responsibility of the Nurse to make arrangements with the Corporation’s Manager, Compensation & Benefits for payment of the continuation of benefits such as extended health and dental insurance.
