Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the. Ontario Nurses’ Association The employer shall grant leaves of absence, without pay, to employees who are elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator for the Ontario Nurses’ Association. Subject to reasonable notice, it is agreed that a Local Co-ordinator shall be granted such leave(s) up to twenty (20) days per calendar year as she or he may require to fulfill the duties of this position. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses’ Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
