Leave of Absence for Quarantine. When a unit member is required to be absent from duties because of quarantine by a City or County Health Department, such absences will be charged to Leave of Absence for Illness or Injury as defined in Section B of this Article. After the exhaustion of all accrued sick leave benefits under Section B, the unit member will be entitled to benefits under Section C of this Article.
