Leave of Absence Policies. Following the Distribution Time, the applicable members of the AOUT Group shall continue to apply the leave policies applicable to inactive AOUT Employees who are on an approved leave of absence as of the Distribution Time in accordance with the terms of such policies applicable to the AOUT Employees as of the Distribution Time. For purposes of such policies, to the extent allowed under Applicable Law, leaves of absence taken by AOUT Employees prior to the Distribution Time shall be deemed to have been taken as employees of the AOUT Group.
