Leave Record Information. a. Individual records of accumulated leave shall be kept in forms provided in the Superintendent’s office. Each teacher is responsible for information required to properly maintain these records and shall verify their accuracy at least once a year. Employees’ cumulative sick leave shall be credited with any unused portion as of July 20" of each school year.
