LEAVES AND BENEFITS. Subject to the applicable laws, the Employee shall be eligible for certain leaves such as casual leaves, sick leaves etc. The terms and conditions for such leaves is governed by the HR Manual of the Company and the Company reserves the right to modify the terms of such HR Manual without any consent of the Employee.
