LEAVES GENERAL. 18.01 An employee shall be paid regular salary when required to be absent from work by reason of a summons to serve as a juror, or a subpoena as a witness in any proceeding to which they are not a party, or one of the persons charged. Fees received shall be turned over to the Board, exclusive of travelling allowances and living expenses.
