Common use of LEAVES GENERAL Clause in Contracts

LEAVES GENERAL. C.7.1. A Teacher granted leave under X.3.0., C.4.0. or C.6.0. shall be entitled to full credit for Teaching Experience for salary and seniority purposes for the duration of the leave and, upon return, shall be reinstated in a position which is at least equivalent to that held at the commencement of the leave.
