Leaves While Maintaining Full District Employment. Leave of absence may not exceed four (4) days in any one calendar month for a unit member holding public office while maintaining full-time employment with the District. Such leaves will be granted with a deduction in pay equal to the amount paid to a substitute, should a substitute be required.
