Legal Applicability and Dispute Resolution. The law of the People’s Republic of China shall be applicable to the establishment, effectiveness, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of the contact. For any disagreement and dispute derived from the contract or related to the contract, Party A and Party B shall resolve through consultation, if the negotiations fail, then the disagreement and dispute shall be resolved by the way specified by the contract.
