Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. 11.1 The execution, validity, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the PRC.
11.2 The Parties shall strive to settle any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance through friendly consultation. In case no settlement can be reached through consultation, each party can submit such matter to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”) for arbitration. The arbitration shall follow the then current rules of CIETAC, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Chinese and shall take place in Beijing. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the Parties. This article shall not be affected by the termination or elimination of this Agreement.
11.3 In case of any disputes arising out of the interpretation and performance of this Agreement or any pending arbitration of such dispute, each Party shall continue to perform their obligations under this Agreement, except for the matters in dispute.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. The performance and interpretation of this Agreement will be subject exclusively to the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in relation with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably by the Parties or by way of mediation shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10.2 The Parties shall strive to settle any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement through friendly consultation. In case no settlement can be reached through consultation within thirty (30) days after the request for consultation is made by any Party, any Party can submit such matter to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then effective rules. The arbitration shall take place in Beijing. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon all the Parties.

11.2 The parties shall strive to settle any dispute arising from this Agreement through friendly negotiations.
11.3 If no settlement can be reached through negotiations within thirty (30) days after a dispute is raised, either party can submit the matter to Dalian Arbitration Commission in accordance with its effective rules. The arbitration decision shall be final and is binding upon the Parties. If there is a dispute, whether newly arising or in the process of arbitration, other then the matters in dispute, the Parties shall enjoy all other rights and perform all other obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. 12.1. The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, amendment, termination and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by PRC Law.
12.2. Any dispute arising from the interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultations by the Parties. If the dispute fails to be resolved within thirty (30) days after one Party gives notice requesting consultations to the other Party, either Party may refer such dispute to a competent court having legal jurisdiction over the registration place of Party A. The Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such court. The Parties agree that the dispute and any court proceedings shall be kept confidential and that the existence of the proceedings and any element of it (including but not limited to any pleadings, briefs or other documents submitted or exchanged, any testimony or other oral submissions, and any awards) shall not be disclosed beyond the court, the Parties, their counsels and any person necessary to the conduct of the proceeding, except as may be lawfully required in judicial proceedings or as required by the rules of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the NASDAQ stock market rules or the rules of any other quotation system or exchange on which the securities of the disclosing Parties or their affiliates are listed or as otherwise required by applicable law. The Parties further agree to request that the court conduct any proceedings in closed session and to keep the existence of the proceedings and any element of it, including the decision of the court, confidential and refrain from publishing or otherwise disclosing any of the foregoing information to the public, except as may be lawfully required in judicial proceedings or as otherwise required by applicable law.
12.3. During the existence of any dispute, the Parties shall continue to exercise their remaining respective rights, and fulfill their remaining respective obligations under this Agreement, except insofar as the same may relate directly to the matters in dispute.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. 24.1 If any dispute arises out of, or in connection with this Agreement, the parties will attempt in good faith to settle it by negotiation between the designated representatives of each party.
24.2 In the event that the dispute is not resolved by such representatives as provided under clause 24.1 the matter will be referred to the signatories to this Agreement.
24.3 If, following the process described in clauses 24.1 and 24.2 above, the parties are unable to settle any dispute by negotiation within thirty days, the parties will attempt to settle it by mediation in accordance with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) Model Mediation Procedure in the United Kingdom.
24.4 To initiate mediation a party must give notice in writing to the other parties requesting mediation in accordance with clause 24.4. If the parties do not resolve the dispute within 30 days of the commencement of the mediation, either party may take such lawful steps as it considers necessary to resolve the dispute (including but not limited to the commencement of legal proceedings).
24.5 Nothing in this clause 24 shall prevent either party from instituting legal proceedings against the other party in order to preserve any legal right or remedy that they may have.
24.6 This Agreement and all questions of construction, validity and performance under this Agreement shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. 15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR and the parties hereto agree to be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
15.2 Notwithstanding Clause 15.1, a complaining party shall have the option to refer any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, to arbitration in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) with three (3) arbitrators in accordance with the HKIAC Rules in force. Each party shall select one (1) arbitrator and the two (2) arbitrators shall select the third neutral arbitrator who shall be the Chairman of the arbitration panel. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. The Contract shall be governed and construed by laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved by filing a lawsuit to the competent court in the place where Lender is locate. During arbitration, both parties are still bound by other terms and conditions herein where there are no disputes.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. (a) This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
(b) Any dispute between the Tenant and the Estate Agent arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination) shall first be resolved in the following manner:
(i) The parties shall proceed to mediation under the mediation scheme prescribed by the CEA unless the Tenant elects in writing not to mediate.
(ii) The Estate Agent may ask the Tenant in writing whether he elects to mediate or not. If the Tenant does not reply or make any election within three weeks of receipt of such enquiry, he shall be deemed to have elected in writing not to proceed to mediation.
