Legal Charges, Stamp Duty and Registration Costs. Advocates of the Promoter (Legal Advisors), have drawn this Agreement and shall draw all further documents. The Purchasers shall be required to pay to the Promoter documentation charges, fees at the rate of 0.5% of the Total Price of the apartment and the consideration for grant of right to use the parking space allotted, if any. 50% (fifty percent) of the fee shall be paid simultaneously herewith and the balance 50% (fifty percent) shall be paid on the Deemed Date of Possession. In addition to the above fees, Stamp duty, registration fees as also fixed miscellaneous expenses for registration amounting to ₹ /- (Rupees ) (for each instance) and all other fees and charges, if any, shall be borne by the Allottee and shall be paid 15 (fifteen) days prior to the date of registration. The fee and costs shall be paid to the Promoter, who shall do all accounting with the Legal Advisors.
