Legal Committee. a) The Legal Committee will consist of members of the Governing Board that wish to participate on the Legal Committee together with their legal counsel. Participation on the Legal Committee is voluntary, and the makeup of the Legal Committee will be determined annually or as otherwise directed by the Governing Board.
