Legal & Documentation Charges. The Allottee shall pay to the Promoter or its nominee, a sum of Rs. /- towards legal documentation charges for the Said Apartment And Appurtenances, of which 50% shall be payable on execution of this agreement and the balance 50% on execution of the sale deed. In addition thereto, the Allottee shall also pay to the Promoter or its nominee a sum of Rs. /- towards miscellaneous registration charges for each registration of the Said Apartment And Appurtenances. If any the Allottee desires to transfer/nominate the Said Apartment And Appurtenances to another person in terms hereof, then the Allottee shall pay to the Promoter or its nominee a sum of Rs. /- towards documentation charges of the nomination agreement for the Said Apartment And Appurtenances.
