LEGAL PROCESS ABSENCES. Section 19.1. Absence in Response to Subpoena (Employee Not a Party to Court Case or Administrative Hearing): There will be no loss of pay if the employee signs and files a statement with the Finance Director stating that compensation was received in the amount shown or no compensation was received as a result of the court appearance. The amount of any witness fee or other compensation, except that which is paid specifically for expenses incurred by reason of the subpoena, shall be remitted to the Finance Director at the time the above form is filed. Adherence will result in no loss of pay.
