Common use of Legal Requirement Clause in Contracts

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion or interpretation issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion ruling or interpretation requirement issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” " shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion or interpretation issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion rule or interpretation regulation issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented enacted or otherwise put into effect promulgated by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion or interpretation that is, has been or may in the future be issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any applicable federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion ruling or interpretation requirement issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.

Legal Requirement. “The term "Legal Requirement” " shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, local or foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolutionstandard, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, conventionorder, rule, regulation, rulingresolution, directivepromulgation, pronouncementor any order, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion judgment or interpretation issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority decree of any Governmental Bodycourt, arbitrator, tribunal or governmental authority, or any license, franchise, permit or similar right granted under any of the foregoing, or any similar provision having the force and effect of law.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federallaw, staterule, localobligation, municipalduty, foreign or other lawregulation, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolutiontreaty, ordinance, code, edictjudgment, decree, proclamationorder, treatywrit or injunction of, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion or interpretation issued, enacted, adopted, passedpromulgated or imposed by, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental BodyEntity.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federallaw, state, local, municipal, foreign or other lawrule, statute, legislationregulation, constitutionorder, principle of ordinance, code or other legally enforceable requirement, including common law, resolutionstate and federal laws or securities laws and laws of foreign jurisdictions, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion adopted or interpretation issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect promulgated by or under the authority of any Governmental BodyEntity.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, domestic or foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, rulingorder, directiveaward, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion ruling or interpretation requirement issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign Italian or other non-U.S. or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion ruling or interpretation requirement issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.
