Authorised Representative The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.
Authorised Representatives Each of the Parties shall by notice in writing designate their respective authorised representatives through whom only all communications shall be made. A Party hereto shall be entitled to remove and/or substitute or make fresh appointment of such authorised representative by similar notice.

Authority of Representative The Representative shall have the power, on behalf of each Holder, to pursue such remedies as may be available by law and pursuant to this Revenue Sharing Agreement, for the purpose of maximizing the return to the Holders as a group, and to settle the claims of each Holder on such terms as the Representative may determine in its sole and unlimited discretion, subject to the other provisions of this Revenue Sharing Agreement. The Representative may pursue such remedies notwithstanding that the Representative does not have physical possession of the Notes and without naming the Holders as parties.

DIR Registration California Labor Code Section 1725.5 requires the Contractor and all subcontractors performing Public Works services to be currently registered with the DIR, as specified in California Labor Code Section 1725.5. California Labor Code Section 1771.1 provides that a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal (subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the California Public Contract Code), or engage in the performance of any contract for Public Work, unless currently registered and qualified to perform Public Work in accordance with California Labor Code Section 1725.5. Representative of Canadian Union The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the Employer.
