Personal Appearance All teachers shall maintain dress, grooming and personal appearance consistent with their area of teaching.
Photography State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. MPS LOGO/PUBLICITY No Contractor shall use the MPS Logo in its literature or issue a press release about the subject of this Contract without prior written notice to and written approval of MPS’s Executive Director of Communications & Outreach.
Annual Physical The Executive may, if the Executive so elects, within the twelve (12) months following the Date of Termination, receive an annual physical at the Company’s expense consistent with the physical provided under, and subject to the requirements of, the Company’s annual physical program as in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination.
Contract Signature If the Original Form of Contract is not returned to the Contract Officer (as identified in Section 4) duly completed, signed and dated on behalf of the Supplier within 30 days of the date of signature on behalf of DFID, DFID will be entitled, at its sole discretion, to declare this Contract void.
Appearance as a Witness Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article V, the Company may pay or reimburse expenses incurred by a Covered Person in connection with his or her appearance as a witness or other participation in a Proceeding at a time when such Covered Person is not a named defendant or respondent in the Proceeding.
