Common use of Length of examination Clause in Contracts

Length of examination. Examiners should not plan to conduct examinations of less than 90 minutes in duration from the start of the pretest interview through the end of the post-test interview. Examiners should not conduct a complete polygraph examination in less than 90 minutes absent exigent circumstances such as when an examinee is not suitable for testing, an examinee refuses to continue with the examination, or when the issue under investigation is resolved prior to collection of data.
