Less than Five School Days. Bus drivers and attendants shall be paid for actual hours worked during weeks with fewer than five (5) scheduled school days; however, drivers and attendants will be paid a minimum of five (5) hours per day during weeks with less than five (5) school days except as provided in section 5.1.1.3 below.
