Common use of Less than Two Years of Continuous Employment Clause in Contracts

Less than Two Years of Continuous Employment. If you incur a Separation from Service (i) prior to the Third Anniversary Date by reason of Disability or death and (ii) as of the date of your Separation from Service, you have not been in the continuous employment of the Company or one or more of its Affiliates for the two-year period ending on such Separation from Service, you shall forfeit all rights to all remaining Units granted hereunder that have not been converted into Common Stock prior to such Separation from Service, and such Units shall, for all purposes of the Plan and this Agreement, be deemed terminated and without further force or effect as of the date of such Separation from Service.
