Lessor is authorized to fill in the Rent Start Date on each Schedule in accordance with the foregoing.
If the Fixed Rent Start Date is not the first day of a calendar month, then the Fixed Rent due for the partial month commencing on the Fixed Rent Start Date shall be prorated based on the number of days in such month.
