Lessee Release of Claims. Lessee shall not have the right to relinquish, release, abandon, quitclaim, drop (the “Release”) any claims or Acquired Rights without Owners written Approval. If Owner agrees to allow Lessee to Release any Acquired Rights Interests in the Property, such Acquired Rights and Interest shall no longer be a part of this Agreement.
