Common use of Lessee’s Property Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Property. 3.13.1 The Council may (despite anything else to the contrary in this Lease) serve the Lessee with a notice in writing (either during the term of the Lease or at the end of the lease) requiring the Lessee to remove any of the Lessee’s buildings, structures, fixtures, fittings and other improvements from the Land.
