Common use of Lessor Assignments Clause in Contracts

Lessor Assignments. In addition, and subject, to the transactions contemplated by Section 19(b), Lessor shall not assign or transfer any interest of Lessor in this Lease and/or the Aircraft and/or the proceeds hereof to any Person except as provided herein, in the Trust Agreement, in the Indenture and in the Refunding Agreement. Any such assignment shall be subject to the condition that the transferee shall agree not to disturb the quiet enjoyment by Lessee of the Aircraft as and to the extent so agreed by Lessor in Section 21(f).
