Common use of Lessor’s General Conditions for Lessee’s Agents and Lessee Improvement Work Clause in Contracts

Lessor’s General Conditions for Lessee’s Agents and Lessee Improvement Work. Lessee’s and Lessee’s Agent’s construction of the Lessee Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Lessee Improvements shall be constructed in accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; and (ii) Lessee shall abide by and cause all of Lessee’s Agents to abide by all rules made by Lessor’s Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other Lessees, and any other matter in connection with this Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Lessee Improvements. Subject to the terms of Section 7.06 of the Lease, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor within ten (10) business days after demand, for all costs of repair and cleanup incurred by Lessor for damage to the Project, the Premises, Building 10 or any contents thereof (including, without limitation Furniture) caused by Lessee or Lessee’s Agents or debris, litter or other materials or matter left within the premises at any time.
