Lessee’s Agents Sample Clauses

Lessee’s Agents. All subcontractors, laborers, materialmen, and suppliers retained directly by Lessee shall conduct their activities in and around the Project, the Premises, the Building or any contents thereof (including, without limitation Furniture) in a harmonious relationship with all other subcontractors, laborers, materialmen and suppliers at the Project and the Premises.

Lessee’s Agents. All subcontractors, laborers, materialmen, and suppliers retained directly by Lessee (such subcontractors, laborers, materialmen and suppliers to be known collectively as “Lessee’s Agents”).
Lessee’s Agents. All subcontractors performing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, structural and exterior wall work used by Lessee must be approved in writing by Lessor, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or conditioned and shall either be given or denied within five (5) business days of Lessor’s receipt of request therefor. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Lessee may submit to Lessor a list of potential Contractors and subcontractors for the Lessee Improvements for pre-approval by Lessor. So long as Lessee uses a Contractor or subcontractor approved by Lessor from such list, no further consent of Lessor to the use of such person or entity shall be necessary. Lessee shall utilize the subcontractor who completed the original construction of the Premises curtain wall system, exterior glass and GFRC panels for any modification of those building systems. If Lessor does not approve any of Lessee’s proposed subcontractors, Lessee shall submit other proposed subcontractors for Lessor’s written approval. Such approved subcontractors, along with all laborers, materialmen and suppliers are collectively referred to herein, along with the Contractor, as the “Lessee’s Agents.” Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessee shall retain subcontractors, laborers, materialmen and suppliers of good reputation with the requisite skills, qualifications and experience in connection with any work to be performed in the Premises.
Lessee’s Agents. For purposes of this Exhibit only, "Lessee's Agents" shall mean, collectively, all subcontractors, laborers, materialmen, and suppliers used by Lessee in the construction of the Lessee Improvements and the Contractor. Lessor shall have the right to approve (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) the subcontractors retained by Lessee and/or the Contractor for any mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, life-safety, HVAC or other integrated utility system work in the Premises as a part of the Lessee Improvements.
Lessee’s Agents. (1) LESSOR'S GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR LESSEE'S AGENTS AND LESSEE IMPROVEMENT WORK. Lessee's and Lessee's Agent's construction of the Lessee Improvements shall comply with the following: (A) the Lessee Improvements shall be constructed in accordance with the Approved Working Drawings in all material respects; (B) Lessee and Lessee's Agents shall not, in any way, interfere with, obstruct, or delay, any other work in the Building; (C) Lessee's Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Lessee Improvements to Contractor; and (D) Lessee shall abide by all reasonable rules made by Lessor's Building contractor or Lessor's Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with the construction of the Lessee Improvements.

Lessee’s Agents. The Contractor and architect used by Lessee (such parties, , to be referred to collectively as “Lessee’s Agents”) must be approved in writing by Lessor, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Lessor does not have approval rights over Contractor’s subcontractors. If Lessor does not approve any of Lessee’s Agents, Lessee shall submit other proposed agents for Lessor’s written approval. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessee shall retain agents of good reputation with the requisite skills, qualifications and experience in connection with any work to be performed in the New Premises and Existing Premises, as applicable.

Lessee’s Agents. Lessee hereby protects, defends, indemnifies and holds Lessor harmless for any loss, claims, damages or delays arising from the actions of Lessee’s space planner/architect and/or any separate contractors, subcontractors or consultants on the Premises or in the Building.
Lessee’s Agents. To the extent necessary to maintain labor harmony, all subcontractors, laborers, materialmen, and suppliers retained directly by Lessee shall all be union labor in compliance with the master labor agreements existing between trade unions and the Southern California Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.
