Common use of Letter of Authorization Clause in Contracts

Letter of Authorization. Each Party is responsible for obtaining a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from each End User initiating transfer of service from one Party to the other Party if necessary. The Party obtaining the LOA from the End User will furnish it to the other Party upon request. The Party obtaining the LOA is required to maintain the original document, for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months from the date of signature.
