Level 2 Adverse Working Conditions Allowance. (a) This allowance is payable only in association with the performance of duties that involve a staff member cleaning up or removing human faeces (including soiled nappies), blood, and/or vomit; or other substances that would meet the definition of being offensive, filthy or obnoxious. (b) The allowance is payable for the total time worked over a day in the performance of the above duties and is payable in minimum hourly lots. (c) The allowance is only payable to staff up to and including job grade 4A and does not attract any penalty payments.
