Common use of Level Four - Board Chairperson Clause in Contracts

Level Four - Board Chairperson. If satisfactory settlement has not been reached at Level Three, the Association President shall present the grievance on form Appendix B to the Chairperson of the Board, within ten (10) school days, the President of the Association and the Chairperson of the Board shall meet to draw up a proposal to resolve the grievance. Both parties shall receive the written proposal no later than ten (10) school days following the meeting. If either party is not satisfied with the proposal, the President of the Association and the Chairperson of the Board shall meet two or more times to further attempt resolution of the grievance.
