Level II 11. 4.2.1 If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I, or if no written decision has been rendered within 10 days after the meeting with the immediate supervisor, the grievant may, within 10 days, appeal the decision to the Superintendent. 11.4.2.2 This appeal shall include a copy of the original grievance, the decision rendered at Level I, and a clear, concise statement of the reasons for the appeal. 11.4.2.3 The Superintendent, or his designee, shall communicate his decision, in writing, to the grievant within 20 days after receiving the appeal.
