Common use of Level III - Mediation Clause in Contracts

Level III - Mediation. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level II, 39 he/she may within ten (10) days after receipt of the decision at Level II, submit to 40 Employee Relations Services a written request for mediation of the grievance.

Level III - Mediation. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level II, 39 36 he/she may within ten (10) days after receipt of the decision at Level II, submit to 40 37 Employee Relations Services a written request for mediation of the grievance.

Level III - Mediation. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level II, 39 38 he/she may within ten (10) days after receipt of the decision at Level II, submit to 40 39 Employee Relations Services a written request for mediation of the grievance.
