Common use of Level One -- Immediate Designated Supervisor Clause in Contracts

Level One -- Immediate Designated Supervisor. a. If a dispute is not resolved at the informal level, the employee or Union shall file the grievance in writing on the appropriate form to the immediate designated supervisor outside the bargaining unit within seven (7) calendar days of the claimed violation.
