Level Three - Association Executive Board. If satisfactory settlement has not been reached after the third meeting, the Board's representative or designee will present the grievance on form Appendix B to the Executive Board of the Association within ten (10) school days. The Association's Executive Board will render a written decision within five (5) school days.
