Level V - Board of Trustees. The decision of the Board of Trustees shall supersede all previous decisions on the grievance and shall become binding on all parties. The Board of Trustees shall render a final decision within forty-five (45) days after receipt of the appeal and shall transmit it promptly to LRCEA, the Chancellor, and members of the Board of Review.
