Common use of Levels of the Procedure Clause in Contracts

Levels of the Procedure. Any employee, group of employees or the Association may file a grievance which shall be processed in the following manner: Level One Within twenty (20) days of the alleged violation the grievance shall be submitted to the appropriate District Supervisor, who shall render his decision in writing within fifteen (15) days of his receipt of the grievance. Upon the request of the Association, a meeting with the grievant(s), Association Representative, Supervisor, and Director of Human Reources will be scheduled prior to a decision being rendered.
