Common use of LFC Equipment Clause in Contracts

LFC Equipment. If an End User causes any damage to any LFC Equipment or the LFC Network, then subject to the Service Provider having complied at all relevant times with clauses 2.2(d) and 10.2(d), the Service Provider will only be responsible to the LFC for damage to the Terminating Device caused by the End User and not to any other part of the LFC Equipment or the LFC Network. The Service Provider will discharge this responsibility by reimbursing the LFC for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing the relevant Terminating Device.
