Lhůta k přezkoumání. Bez omezení platnosti článku 12(b) bude Zdravotnické zaříze- ní povinno předložit a zajistit, aby Hlavní zkou- šející předložil Zadavateli kopii Rukopisu nej- méně šedesát (60) dní před jeho publikací nebo předložením k publikaci podle toho, co nastane dříve (ledaže se jedná o abstrakt, prezentaci nebo plakát, přičemž v takovém případě Zdravotnické zařízení předloží nebo zajistí, aby Hlavní zkouše- jící předložil kopii takového materiálu Zadavateli nejméně třicet (30) dní před jeho publikací nebo předložením k publikaci podle toho, co nastane dříve). Zdravotnické zařízení posoudí v dobré víře veškeré připomínky Zadavatele k obsahu Rukopisu a odstraní veškeré Důvěrné informace, jejichž odstranění Zadavatel požaduje (s výjim- kou položek uvolněných k publikaci podle člán- ku 12(a)). Na žádost Zadavatele Zdravotnické zařízení odloží publikaci Rukopisu nebo jeho předložení k publikaci o dalších sto dvacet (120) dní, aby umožnilo Zadavateli podat na své nákla- dy patentové přihlášky ohledně jednoho, nebo více dříve nepublikovaných Předmětných vyná- lezů, které jsou zveřejněny v Rukopisu.

  • CENTRAL GRIEVANCE PROCESS The following process pertains exclusively to grievances on central matters that have been referred to the central process. In accordance with the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act central matters may also be grieved locally, in which case local grievance processes will apply.

  • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.

The UCL-ND will be a “dry copper” facility in that it will not have any intervening equipment such as load coils, repeaters, or digital access main lines (DAMLs), and may have up to 6,000 feet of bridged tap between the End User’s premises and the serving wire center. The UCL-ND typically will be 1300 Ohms resistance and in most cases will not exceed 18,000 feet in length, although the UCL-ND will not have a specific length limitation. For Loops less than 18,000 feet and with less than 1300 Ohms resistance, the Loop will provide a voice grade transmission channel suitable for Loop start signaling and the transport of analog voice grade signals. The UCL-ND will not be designed and will not be provisioned with either a DLR or a test point.
