CDC shall continue to be liable for any default in or non-performance of its duties as Trustee or for any negligence on its part or on part of its officers or officials, nominees or agents and for any acts or omissions effectuated prior to and upto the Effective Time in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed, the Offering Document, the NBFC & NE Regulations. Subsequent to Effective Time, MCBFSL shall be responsible for the same.
