LIABILITY CLAUSE. Neglect of insurance obligation and loss of driver’s license: When an employer fails to insure the company vehicle used by an employee and the employee loses his driver’s license as a result of such failure, the employer must compensate the employee for the following losses: • wages • fines • expenses incurred in relation to the reinstatement of said driver’s license An employee must hold the driver’s license required to operate the vehicle of the employer assigned to him.
