Liability Insurance on Facilities. So long as the Loan is outstanding, the Borrower shall, procure and maintain, public liability insurance relating to the operation of the facilities of the System, with limits of not less than $200,000 for one person and $1,000,000 for more than one person involved in one accident, to protect the Borrower from claims for bodily injury and/or death; and not less than $200,000 from claims for damage to property of others which may arise from the Borrower’s operations of the System and any other facilities constituting a portion of the System.

Liability Insurance on Facilities. The Lessee shall, if such insurance is not already in force, procure and maintain, so long as any Parity Obligations are outstanding, public liability insurance relating to the operation ofthe facilities ofthe System, with limits ofnot less than $300,000 per person and $500,000 per accident, to protect the Lessee from claims for bodily injury or death; and not less than $100,000 from claims for damage to property ofothers which may arise from the Lessee's operations ofthe System and any other facilities constituting a portion ofthe System.

  • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (ERRORS & OMISSIONS) Professional Liability Insurance for Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of not less than ($1,000,000). If CONTRACTOR sub-contracts in support of CONTRACTOR’S work provided for in the agreement, Professional Liability Insurance for Errors shall be provided by the sub-contractor in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate. The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.
