Service Commencement 3.1 The Engineer may reuse an existing socket and line routing to fulfil your order; if this occurs your appointment will be cancelled and no engineer will attend site. If you want to force an engineer to attend site, then you are required to tick the box on the order form (up to 2 hours of Time Related Charges may apply in addition to the activation fee):
Commencement of Coverage Coverage under the provisions of this article shall apply to regular full-time and regular part-time employees who work 15 regular hours or more per week and shall commence on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the completion of the employee's probationary period.
Permission to Leave Work The Employer agrees that stewards shall not be hindered, coerced, restrained or interfered with in any way in the performance of their duties, while investigating disputes and presenting adjustments as provided in this Article. Service Commencement Date The date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Section 15.3 or Section 29.1 under the Tariff.
Commencement of Bargaining Where a Party to this Agreement has given notice under Article 32.2, the Parties shall, within fourteen (14) days after the notice was given, commence collective bargaining.
Term of Coverage Except as otherwise specified in the contract, the insurance will commence on or prior to the effective date of the contract and will be maintained in force throughout the duration of the contract. Completed operations coverage may be required to be maintained on specific commercial general liability policies effective on the date of substantial completion or the termination of the contract, whichever is earlier. If a policy is written on a claims made form, the retroactive date must be shown and this date must be before the earlier of the date of the execution of the contract or the beginning of contract work, and the coverage must respond to all claims reported within three years following the period for which coverage is required unless stated otherwise in the contract.
Time for Commencement and Completion The term (Initial Term) of this Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and expire on ______________________, 20___.
