Liaisons/Alliances. The Board, by Simple Majority Vote, may enter into liaison relationships with any organization the Board determines would improve the quality of its work. The Board is authorized to draft appropriate terms of the agreement that would grant the liaison organization access to IDPro work and activity, as long as appropriate measures are taken to honor the IP provisions of this Agreement and the IDPro IPR Policy.
