Common use of Librarian IV Clause in Contracts

Librarian IV. A Librarian IV, in addition to meeting the qualifications of Librarian I, shall ordinarily have twelve (12) years of successful relevant experience as a Professional Librarian and evidence of significant professional development and evidence of administrative and/or organizational ability.
