Licence for Sydney Water Background IP and Contract IP. Sydney Water grants the Contractor a licence to reproduce, use and sublicense Sydney Water Background IP and Contract IP as necessary for the sole purpose of the Contractor complying with its obligations under this Master Contract and the Work Order Contract. The Contractor must not reproduce, use, sublicence or otherwise deal with Sydney Water Background IP or Contract IP, or allow any other person to do the same, for any other purpose. Sydney Water has the right to revoke this licence at any time by notice in writing to the Contractor.

  • Background IP Each Party will own all right, title and interest in its Background IP.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.
