License administration and Audit. CUSTOMER shall keep complete and accurate books and records of its use of the SaaS Services to demonstrate its compliance with this Agreement. Further, WSP may audit CUSTOMER’s use of the SaaS Services in order to verify compliance with this Agreement. CUSTOMER agrees to cooperate with WSP’s reasonable request for access to CUSTOMER’s computer systems to ensure CUSTOMER’s adherence with the license terms hereunder.
