Waivers and Consents The terms and provisions of this Agreement may be waived, or consent for the departure therefrom granted, only by a written document executed by the party entitled to the benefits of such terms or provisions. No such waiver or consent shall be deemed to be or shall constitute a waiver or consent with respect to any other terms or provisions of this Agreement, whether or not similar. Each such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose for which it was given, and shall not constitute a continuing waiver or consent.
Approvals and Consent Except as otherwise set out in this Agreement, and subject to any statutory obligations, a Party may give or withhold an approval or consent to be given under this Agreement in that Party’s absolute discretion and subject to any conditions determined by the Party. A Party is not obliged to give its reasons for giving or withholding consent or for giving consent subject to conditions.
Approvals and consents Subject to any express provision in this Agreement to the contrary, a Party may conditionally or unconditionally give or withhold any consent to be given under this Agreement.
Permits and Licenses The Contractor shall observe and comply with all laws, rules, and regulations affecting services under this Agreement. The Contractor shall procure and keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement all permits and licenses necessary to accomplish the Work contemplated in this Agreement. Permits and License Contractor represents and warrants that it will comply with all applicable laws and maintain all permits and licenses required by applicable city, county, state, and federal rules, regulations, statutes, codes, and other laws that pertain to this Contract.
