Common use of License Re-Hosting Clause in Contracts

License Re-Hosting. Software-only Customers will be entitled to license “Re-Hosting” support. Entitled Customers may have a covered license re-hosted to a different computer should the originally licensed computer fail, subject to the execution of a letter stating the Customer is no longer using the license on the original computer.
