License Reinstatement. The Division may reinstate a revoked IFTA license once the motor carrier files all required returns and remits all outstanding liabilities due to all member jurisdictions. The Division may require the motor carrier to post a bond in an amount sufficient to satisfy any potential liabilities of all member jurisdictions as a condition to reinstating an IFTA license. (R430) All member jurisdictions will be notified by the Division of any IFTA license revocation or reinstatement.

License Reinstatement. A licensee whose license has been revoked may have that license reinstated. Before a license may be reinstated, the base jurisdiction may require a reinstatement fee in accordance with existing jurisdictional laws. The base jurisdiction may also require the licensee to post a fuel tax bond in an amount sufficient to satisfy any potential liabilities of all member jurisdictions.
