License to Content. By submitting Content to the Platform, you hereby grant CCP: (i) a royalty-free, transferable, nonexclusive, worldwide right and license to publish, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, and otherwise exploit any Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to Users, with the right to sublicense the foregoing rights to CCP’s service providers and agents for purposes of providing the Services to CCP’s customers.

License to Content. Unless otherwise specified in the License Agreement, Licensee hereby grants to Veritone a non- exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license (i) to use and display all Content that Licensee provides to Veritone or that are otherwise uploaded to or captured by the Platform through Licensee’s use of the Platform and Services to provide the Services and perform its obligations under this Agreement, directly or through its third party service providers, (ii) to share such Content with Veritone’s third party service providers (and, where applicable, with Licensee’s third party Representatives) in connection with Veritone’s provision of the Platform and Services to Licensee, and (iii) to create aggregated or redacted forms of Content that do not identify Licensee or any of Licensee’s users for Veritone’s business purposes, including improvements and enhancements to the Platform and Services.
License to Content. Globalscape does not, directly or indirectly, have the ability to view the Content; however in order to provide the Services, certain rights to the Content are required. To that end, Subscriber hereby grants Globalscape a non-exclusive, non-transferable (subject to Section 11.5 (Assignment)), royalty-free, right to process and display Content during the Term, solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services hereunder.

License to Content. The Supplier hereby grants to Hubwoo a royalty free, nonexclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, print, display, modify, reformat and transmit any content, data, information, and any other materials, trademarks, trade names or service marks (the “Content”) that the Supplier provides or makes available to Hubwoo for the purpose of operating, supporting and marketing the Services. Hubwoo acknowledges that the Supplier’s Content shall at all times remain his exclusive property. The Supplier agrees that all Content is received subject to conditions in the Hubwoo Privacy Policy Statement which is provided in the Service for review and is effectively incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Furthermore, the Supplier accepts that his contact information and details of his products offered shall be published in the Hubwoo sourcing guide for buyers to browse.
License to Content. With respect to any Content provided to InfoSpace pursuant to Section 2.2, Provider hereby grants InfoSpace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, adopt, modify, make derivative works of, publish, display, perform and otherwise exploit the Content in connection with posting and maintaining the same on the InfoSpace Web Sites, and as provided in Section 2.1, subject to the prior written approval of Provider. You may remove the Content as contemplated in Section 2 below. The foregoing license includes the right to modify your Content to facilitate its sale through our Platform, including reformatting, renaming, cropping, tagging or reducing the file size of such Content, provided that we will not materially change the character of such Content. You expressly waive any artists’ authorship rights or any “droit moral” that you would otherwise have under any applicable laws. As used in this Agreement “to purchase” and “to sell” Content refers solely to purchasing or selling a license to use a copy of the Content; in no event will we or any Member or Enterprise Sales customer acquire any ownership in the Content despite the shorthand language being used.
